How cancellation works
To cancel your monthly subscription, you simply need to send us a cancellation request by email.
This notice period allows us to process your request correctly and ensure the subscription does not renew.
What to include in the cancellation email
To avoid delays, please include the following:
- Your clinic name
- The email address used for the subscription
- Your clinic phone number (optional but helpful)
- A short message requesting cancellation

When will the cancellation take effect?
If we receive your email at least 5 days before renewal, your subscription will be canceled before the next billing cycle, and the plan will not renew.
If the request arrives fewer than 5 days before renewal, your subscription may renew for the next cycle, and the cancellation will apply to the following billing period.
Will I lose access immediately?
No. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. After that date, the subscription will not renew, and access will expire.
