Billing FAQ

How does billing work?

The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically every month until canceled.

Is it a contract?

No long-term contract is required. You can cancel at any time (see cancellation policy below).

What does one license include?

One license allows installation on one clinic computer. If your clinic wants to run the software on multiple computers, you need to purchase additional licenses (one license per computer).

Can we add more licenses later?

Yes. Clinics can add licenses when needed, based on the number of computers they want to install the software on.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

Do you offer discounts for multiple computers?

If your clinic needs multiple licenses, contact us at info@remindersforclinics.com and we will guide you based on your clinic needs.

Cancellation Policy (Important)

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must notify us at least 5 days before renewal by sending an email to info@remindersforclinics.com.

Cancellations are handled by email to ensure clear documentation and reliable processing.

Refund Policy

Because the software is digital and access is provided immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We aim to be fair and transparent. If you believe there was a billing error or an accidental charge, contact us at info@remindersforclinics.com with the details.

Refunds may be considered for

  • duplicate billing
  • technical billing error
  • accidental charge (reported quickly)

Refunds are not guaranteed for

  • partial month usage
  • clinics who forgot to cancel before renewal
  • service usage after the billing period started
If you want to avoid renewal charges, cancel by email at least 5 days before the renewal date.

Common billing questions

Can I stop the subscription immediately?

You can request cancellation any time, but to prevent renewal charges you must email us at least 5 days before renewal.

What if I cancel after renewal was already charged?

If renewal has already been charged, the subscription continues for that billing month. Refund requests can be sent to info@remindersforclinics.com and will be reviewed case-by-case.

Can I pause my subscription?

Currently, subscriptions are billed monthly until canceled. If you need a pause, contact us and we will review your request.

Will I lose access if I cancel?

Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, the subscription is not renewed.

How do I update billing details?

If you need to update billing details, contact info@remindersforclinics.com and we will guide you.

Do you send invoices/receipts?

Billing confirmations and receipts depend on the payment method used during checkout. If you need help, contact support.
